Form based Authentication

posted Feb 08, 2013 09:42:27 by Rajesh
Hello Faizal,
I am able to use the weblogic system user for Form based Authentication, but no other. I tried to use an Active Directory or created a different realm and even created another user in the myrealm/DefaultAuthenticator. The user created in myrealm/DefaultAuthenticator could even be used to log in the weblogic Admin console (that means I jave configured correctly). But that same user is not useful for the form based authentication of my application. The web.xml conforms to J2EE and the authentication works well in websphere. I believe the mistake I have done is with weblogic.xml configuration.
May I know the weblogic.xml configuration that can work with a very very simple form based authentication. I have entered what I have written in the config.
Your sugestion will be very useful.
Thanks,
Rajesh
